It is College policy that all incoming freshmen students work within Dining Services. An email will be sent to all students who are awarded work-study at the end of June/early July. The email will inform the students of the required employment forms, a Dining Services questionnaire and other employment information.

Search for a Job - Academic Year
Please note: students can not apply for jobs or be hired until the federal required I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form has been completed and submitted to the Financial Aid Office. Please take care of this before you start to apply for jobs on campus! Once the completed I-9 has been submitted to the Financial Aid Office, it will take up to 24 to 48 hours to process.

When applying for a job students MUST use their Skidmore email address. Any other email address will not be recognized by the system and will hold up the hiring process.

Students can conduct quick and advanced searches for available jobs and apply directly online. When applying for a job allow time for the individual to respond to you as they are receiving other applications and will be reviewing them before contacting students for an interview. If you have a question about a particular job please contact the person who posted the job opportunity.
